Jun 20, 2020 · I am using Outlook 365 for multiple email accounts, 3 with an @att.net address and one with another address. The 3 @att.net addresses are all set up exactly the same (IMAP, incoming and outgoing servers set the same, etc.). Yesterday, the one account I really don't want to lose quit working. Imap.mail.att.net seems to be down. We have tried accessing the Imap.mail.att.net website using our servers and we were unable to connect to the website. If Imap.mail.att.net is also down for you then there is likely a problem with their servers. The out-of-date account that you are getting when accessing Outlook may arise due to server's security certificate or corrupted profile.
